Terms & Conditions for Special Order or Non Stock Items

As this is a non-stock product and has been ordered upon your request, the below T&C’s apply.

Credit Account Customers:

Once the goods have been received they can only be held within our possession for 4 weeks.  

Any item that remains in our possession for greater than 4 weeks without a collection / delivery date being agreed will be invoiced to your account.

Cash Customers:

All special order/ Non Stock items must be paid for, in full, before we can place this order with our supplier.

Once goods have been received by us we will contact you to arrange delivery / collection.

All Customers:

Goods can only be returned if it has been agreed with the supplier that they will be willing to accept the return.

All goods returned will be inspected by Haldane Fisher to ensure that they are in acceptable condition. Any item deemed to be in an unacceptable condition will not be accepted for return.

Where goods are accepted for return there will be a minimum 25% handling charge applied.
